Matthew Pauls
is a pharmaceutical industry executive. He has a BS and MBA from Central Michigan University, and is a graduate of
Michigan State University College of Law earning a Juris Doctorate degree. Matt played basketball collegiately at
Nazareth College (Kalamazoo) and has coached at the high school level, as well as in the youth/AAU/grassroots world,
for over 18 years. Matt has coached AAU state title teams and numerous tournament champions. He runs training camps and
clinics in New Jersey. He is on the Board of Directors for the Adidas Phenom Camps, is Chairman of the Primetime Shootout
Advisory Board, and founded Northstar Basketball, LLC. He is married and has one child.

Adolphis (A.D.) Gaffney
earned his BA in Business at The University of Portland (OR) and currently works for Levis Footwear as a National Sales
Manager. He has coached varsity basketball as an assistant at several high schools including Bordentown High School (NJ),
Lindenwold HS (NJ) and Allentown HS (NJ). A.D. has coached for over 15 years at various levels, and played Division 1
Basketball at The University of Portland after a great career in New York City, where he graduated from Archbishop Molloy
HS and played AAU Basketball for Riverside Church. He is married with 5 children.

Karl Towns
is a GED/Reading teacher at the Edison Job Corps in Edison N.J. He has a BA from Monmouth College in speech, communication
and theatre with a minor in psychology. Karl played college basketball at Monmouth College where he excelled as one of the
nation's top rebounders in the country. Karl currently is the head boy's basketball coach at Piscataway Vocational and
Technical School were he has won numerous division titles as well as a Central Jersey Group 1 State title. He has been
involved in AAU for over 10 years having coached some of the top elite players in high school and college today. He is
married and has 2 children.
